Summary:Considering the rapid changes in technology in various aspects of life, people faces massive amounts of information for survival and struggle in their life. Rapid changes sometimes lead the people to unstable information. In this condition, relying on accumulated knowledge and information from specific period of life, as an official training course, is not sufficient and if the active learning is not adjusted with dynamic living styles, this kind of great and complicated information are not be suitable to be used for further consideration. So formal education system must be replaced with other types of learning systems such as personal or lifelong learning for the entire life cycle, with the concept of learning from cradle to grave. This study uses the questionnaire tool, based on Likert five scale questionnaires, collect statistical information from M.S. and Ph.D. student of Tarbiat Modares University (TMU). Results show that lifelong learning must be considered as a basic concept in learning systems. Also finding shows that lifelong learning is appropriate for today’s need and it’s more pleasurable than other learning systems.
