The analysis provides: the absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, refractive indices, real and imaginary components of the dielectric constant of the CH3 NH3 PbI3 films, energy gap. Energy gap of perovskite thin films is reached 1.8 that is very important for solar cell application.
