Managing personnel in the workplace hinges significantly on human resource management, where the integration of ergonomic principles is essential to crafting an optimal work environment. The article emphasizes the necessity of human resource management in light of ergonomic needs and probes into the benefits arising from such a symbiotic approach. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the ergonomic aspects encountered in a variety of work environments, considering human resource management. This involves the investigation and deep understanding of the interaction between human factors and work environments, without being limited to a specific sector of the economy.
