Summary: | Civil disobedience is one of the important concepts and topics in political science, especially contemporary public law literature. And because this concept has a relationship with the origin of freedom and under the heading of one of the basic rights in government, we must scrutinize and analyze this subject through the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, in order to distinguish its similarities and concepts in political jurisprudence. In this article, by looking at the different arenas, we will discuss the partial conflict of persons in governance, clarify the ruling, and dismantle the jurisprudential ruling on objection, advice, enjoining good, transgression, and fighting against the Islamic government.
