Summary:Intraosseous epidermoid cyst is a rare nonneoplastic lesion. It's usually caused by a trauma which places the epidermal fragments inside the bone. 31-year-old female patient was presented with a mass in the distal phalanx of the 3rd digit of the right hand. The histological examination following the excision of the cyst revealed intraosseous epidermoid cyst. Histopathological features, patient demographics, history, treatment, and prognosis of this rare case are presented.
