Undoubtedly, freedom is a fundamental value, but not the only one. Freedom in management sciences is a complex and multidimensional concept. Admittedly, without freedom, it is impossible to achieve other values on which organisations are built. This theoretical discussion aims to explain the role of freedom in management in contemporary practices of organisations and value in their development. |
