Summary:Intraoral examination revealed poor oral hygiene He was in late mixed dentition. He had Class II Div I malocclusion with excessive overjet Overjet 9mm ,Overbite: 8mm which is represent 100% of lower incisors overlapped by upper incisors , Mandibular to maxillary midline is deviated to the left by 2 mm. left Molars: full unit Class II , Canines: N.A Right Molars: 3/4 unit Class II , Mild crowdng upper : - 5 mm and lower : - 6 mm ,overlapped upper central incisors ,Proclined upper incisors .There was no transverse discrepancy . However, during TMJ evaluation, he did not report any muscle pain, joint pain, or other symptoms typically associated with temporomandibular disease.
