Summary: | Upper respiratory tract infections are the most common diseases in childhood. Most of them have viral etiology and resolve on their own. The article discusses the main manifestations of upper respiratory tract infections, indications for antimicrobial treatment of a particular nosology, a group of antibacterial drugs, their effective doses and the duration of therapy. |
