The analysis is applied to the commonly known <inline-formula> <math display="inline"> <semantics> <mrow> <mi>E</mi> <mn>7</mn> </mrow> </semantics> </math> </inline-formula> mixture and to <inline-formula> <math display="inline"> <semantics> <mrow> <mi>M</mi> <mi>L</mi> <mi>C</mi> <mn>2132</mn> </mrow> </semantics> </math> </inline-formula>, whose chromatic properties are not referenced although the mixture is commercial, demonstrating the latter’s interest for electro-optical or thermo-optical applications of thick nematic liquid crystal cells. |
