| description | <p>As the life expectancy of β-thalassemia patients has markedly improved over the last few decades, several manifestations are increasingly recognized. The presence of a high incidence of thromboembolic events, mainly in thalassemia intermedia patients, has led to the identification of a hypercoagulable state in thalassemia. In this review, the current clinical experience attributed to the coagulopathy in thalassemia intermedia patients is summarized. Recommendations for thrombosis prophylaxis are also discussed.</p><p> </p><p>近几十年来，随着β地中海贫血患者的平均寿命得到显著提高，几种试验结果得到了进一步证实。 地中海贫血中间患者出现高发血栓栓塞症，得以识别地中海贫血高凝状态。 本文总结了当前地中海贫血中间患者的凝血病临床经验， 也讨论了血栓症预防的推荐方法。</p> |
