Summary:The experience is presented, using videos of the classes held in the Diploma in Environmental Management and Energy Sustainability. This method was used, since the program is face-to-face, but a significant number of students work in shifts and could not attend all the classes. This tool allowed the participants to have a support resource for the topics covered. When observing the results, in the 2017 generation, which did not apply this system, with the 2018 and 2019 generation, which used this method, there is an increase in the average by 11.8%, increasing the grade from 5.2, (2017) to 6.1, (2019). It is important to mention the satisfaction expressed by the students for this tool, since they can have access to the contents treated, discussions and analysis generated. The teaching staff also widely accepted this tool, being able to self-evaluate, in order to improve their performance.
