description Actuality Today, the points of cryotechnology application in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are cryopreservation of semen, embryos, oocytes, ovaries. Research objective Overview of world and national literature displayed a common purpose is a historical fact cryopreservation of biological reproductive material - the formation cryosperm bank , embryos and oocytes banking. In the review of existing methods of cryopreservation. Thus, according to the above meta-analyzes and systematic reviews, the positive outcomes of ART programs have been observed when using vitrification as a method of cryopreservation. The results of the research Due to the high survival rate of embryos after vitrification, to date, ART approach to the problem of the breakdown of the implantation of the embryo in the superovulation stimulation cycles , preimplantation genetic diagnosis of the problems with the definition of a complete set of chromosomes of the embryo, as well as inherited monogenic diseases , problems of multiple pregnancy , prevention of severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Effective technology for vitrification of oocytes allows modern women of reproductive age to plan the timing of their reproductive potential. Also indicated is the best method of method of preserving fertility in women with cancer , an aggressive course of autoimmune diseases , as well as endometriosis. The successes of modern oncology have led to improved survival after cancer treatment , requiring ART methods for conservation and restoration of fertility. In a world of rapidly developing new areas cryotechnology , including cryopreservation of ovarian tissue. The procedure is eksperimetalnoy , but there are positive impressive results. Conclusions From the review of the current literature on the application of cryotechnology in the field of assisted reproduction , it can be concluded that the cryopreservation became an integral part of achieving high performance - birth to a healthy offspring
