Summary:Aim. Pathogenesis of respiratory dysfunction and hemorheology in case of chronic rheumatic heart disease is to be defined. Methods and results. Parameters of 105 patients indicating the pathogenetic connection of respiratory system and blood rheology changes were examined by the following methods: echocardiography, spirografy, body pneumography, pneumothermocalorimetry and assessment of rheological serum characteristics. Physicochemical surface characteristics of expiratory composition were investigated and statistical analysis of obtained results was done. It was found that there were violations in the parameters of blood rheology. Conclusion. Data received enable to define the criteria of early detection and forecast of course of the disturbance of the next lungs’ function: moisture separating, diffusion, conditioning and surfactant generating.
