Summary: | The necessity of forming a talent management system at the enterprise as a tool to increase personnel security has been actualized. The approaches to talent management are analyzed and systematized and the main parameters of human capital that influence the maintenance of personnel security at the enterprise are singled out. The importance of using tools to assess the reliability and safety of the company's employees on the example of Midot is substantiated. An algorithm for the formation of an inclusive talent management system has been developed and a structural and logical scheme for strengthening the personnel security of the enterprise using a talent management system has been built.
