The Organization of the Own System of the Numeration for the Full Search Arguments at the Global Extremum Determination

The algorithm of the full search of the arguments for the conditional optimization of the multi-dimensional criterion is suggested. Determination consists of the serial numerical optimization several coefficients with the own numeration of the each series.
