Neuronal (NEFM, NSE and neurogenin) and oligodendrocyte (MBP, OLIG2 and NKX2-2) gene markers expression level was examined with real-time PCR. NSE, neurogenin, MBP, OLIG2 and NKX2-2 were significantly over-expressed, giving an evidence of cellular differentiation in glioma cells.
