This research aims to examine the role of Joint Business Groups (KUBE) in empowering fishing communities and the efforts to increase awareness among these communities in Alue Naga village. The method employed in this research is qualitative, with data collection techniques comprising observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that KUBE's roles include providing financial assistance, conducting outreach, organizing training activities, offering boat assistance, opening boat workshops, and teaching fishing techniques. Efforts to raise awareness in the fishing community involve providing an understanding of the use of aid funds, promoting efficient use of facilities, encouraging the opening of small businesses, enhancing environmental awareness, and facilitating collaboration with various government and private agencies. This has implications for KUBE's broader role in the economic development and empowerment of fishing communities.
