description The purpose of the present study was to examine whether the father involvement become different according to the fathers’ parental attitudes. The participants of the study were 303 fathers who had preschool children in Istanbul and Kocaeli. The mean age of fathers was 36.31 years (SD=4.72). The fathers completed the Family Information Form, Father Involvement Scale (FIS) and Parents Attitude Scale (PAS). The data in the study were analysed using by SPSS 18. Analyses revealed that some dimensions of father involvement becomed different according to some parental attitudes. Results of the study were discussed in line with other results in the literature.
