description It has been shown that the addition of hydrophilic polyarylatepolyalkylene oxide and polyethersulfone-polyalkylene oxide block copolymers to polyethersulfone can control the porosity of the selective layer of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes. The selection of the optimal amount of the additive makes it possible to increase the performance of membranes in the purification of drinking water from microalgae, large mineral particles, bacteria and viruses.
