Description
Summary:The paper deals with the chronology of the Late Bronze Age Altai. Both single and serial radiocarbon dates for the archaeological cultures of the reviewed the period are presented. It was found that the boundaries of the reported period, derived from radiocarbon chronology, do not correspond to traditional archaeological theories. The earliest uncalibrated dates attribute the Late Bronze Age sites to the 16th  century BC, and the end of the Age to the 10th  century BC. The comparison of the obtained results with the data of adjacent territories showed coincidence in basic chronological lines.
