Summary:The period of practices constitutes one of the more wished and important moments during the initial training of the education students. In this period, the students complete their theoretical knowledges with an adapted educational practice. The general purpose of this research is to investigate the ideas and requirements of the students in registered at a Faculty of Training. The researching design was a descriptive study with pretest – postest evaluations, being. The sample 379 22 year-old students on average who were registered in the practicum of education. The results show small differences of practicum’s attitudes between the students of different specialities. About the requirements expressed by the students, they claim more attention by the agents who are involved in their period of practices. Based on this results, a model of practices is suggested.
