Summary:The study assumed the critical partner paradigm with the Participatory Action Research methodology, therefore the interaction and community bonding was appreciated in each of the moments, the action and the participation of the local agents in the joint effort to solve the phenomenon was shown conflictual. The purpose of the investigation was evidenced in the organization of the Justice of the Communal Peace, which left as a result a significant multidisciplinary committee of justice of peace in the community of Eugenias fourth stage, Coro Falcón state, at the same time a strategy was implemented communication in 10 commercial and community radio stations, while the community newspaper "el Vocero" was consolidated to maintain an informative culture of communal peace justice. The study concluded with the formation of a legal brigade in the community.
