| Summary: | Tree axial shape with hanging branches formation is formed easily. It is based in a vertical axis which is let growstraight, with branches in a spiral formation that are bended with an angle more than 90o . the Internodes make thebranches that are above the leader branch easer living a distance of 25-30 cm distance. Their bending is realized withwire hooks. The trees take an umbrella shape making, therefore allowing more trees for a given area. From thephysiological point of view the crown shape is based in the effect that branch angle formation has on the tree and fruitgrowth. In the crown formation we don’t use branch cuts, but just thinning and bending on the branches.The positioning of the branches with an angle greater than 90o gives priority to the fruit growth rather than the treegrowth. For this reason the trees enter production in their second year, have higher consistency in production,therefore increasing significantly the economic profits.
