Systematic Literature Review (SLR) will be used to discover all those barriers that impact the quality of software outsourcing from vendor perspective. The expected outcome of this review will be find out those barriers that affect the quality of software development outsourcing and also assist vendor organizations to handle software outsourcing quality (SOQ) issues. The ultimate goal of this protocol is to develop Software Outsourcing Quality Challenges Model (SOQCM). |
