Summary:With the use of the problem-oriented complex “CHEMCAD 5.2.0” we have carried out evaluation of parameters of Wilson and NRTL models for biazeotropic systems butyl propionate – propionic acid and butyl butyrate – butyric acid at different pressures and mathematical simulation of vapour–liquid equilibria of binary systems. We have obtained a satisfactory description of the biazeotropy.
