要約:The importance of comorbid infections in rheumatology has increased substantially in recent years, particularly in connection with the introduction of biological agents into clinical practice. One of the ways to solve this problem is to study and actively use vaccines. This review deals with the issues related to the use of vaccines against various infections in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. It discusses the safety and immunogenicity of vaccination, including the use of adjuvant vaccines. Cardinal directions for future investigations of the problem are denoted.
