description | The temperature distribution of turbine blades can be revealed through the measurement, which is valuable for performance evaluation, failure analysis and optimization design of turbine blade.The higher requirement for the temperature measurement technique of aero-engine is put forward by continuously increasing of turbine inlet temperature.Three types of contact temperature measurement technologies for turbine blade are primarily introduced in this paper, including thin film thermocouple, crystal temperature sensor and temperature sensitive paint.The working principles are illustrated briefly.The application status at home and abroad is reviewed.The advantages and drawbacks are summarized, and the development direction of the three temperature measurement technologies is discussed. |
