In this research data collected from 358 expert of an industrial corporation (including seven companies) in order to investigate the impact of work engagement on organizational commitment. Results showed work engagement has a positive impact on organizational commitment and predicts its variances. Impact of work engagement on affective and normative commitment was positive and meaningful. Work engagement did not have significant and meaningful relationship with and impact on continuance commitment. |
