| Summary: | The IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society (OJCOMS) has started its activity in 2019, and publishes original high-quality papers on advances in the field of wireless, optical and underwater communications and networks, including the synergy with computing and artificial intelligence. With an editorial board of over 140 members and around 60 guest editors to date, we ensure an average turn-around time of around 3.2 weeks from submission to the first decision, and around 6.5 weeks from submission to the online posting for the accepted papers. Such a short processing time cannot be achieved without the dedication of our editors and reviewers, and we would like to thank them for their efforts and support. For the first time since the IEEE OJCOMS onset, we recognize our reviewers for their sustained and outstanding contributions. The list of 2021 exemplary reviewers is provided below; we have 73 exemplary reviewers. It is also for the first time when we recognize our editors for their outstanding service in terms of timely decisions and constructive feedback provided to authors. Our exemplary editors represent approximately 10% of the entire editorial team; their names are listed subsequently.
