Analysis result demonstrated that discipline had a positive influence towardsorganizational commitment,motivation had a positive influence towardsorganizational commitment, the organizational commitment had a positive influence towards job satisfaction,as well as discipline and motivation, had a positive influence towards job satisfaction through organizational commitment. |
