little or no contact with their children. The research employed a qualitative method, using semistructured
interviews with open-ended questions. The results point out the difficulty of some men to
accept a child who comes in at a moment not considered by them to be the ideal one. Moreover, some
of them mention obstacles which make the access to their children difficult, thus harming the exercise
of fatherhood. |
