But to dig into the dark side of love means to risk discovering a very strong feeling of death, the inversion of the vital instinct in orgiastic and homicidal rituals. Two great authors have ventured into trying to focus attention on the most profound existential aspects of human desire, which are the foundation for social institutions. |
