Summary:The city has faced many challenges, including inequality and inefficiency. To address these challenges, concepts such as space justice aimed at reducing inequalities have entered urban planning issues. Based on this approach, justice has spatial-geographic dimension, so one can use a spatial approach to detect infertility in the city. The present study is aimed to study the distribution of facilities and services in the metropolitan areas of Mashhad. This study is descriptive and objective in terms of purpose. To conduct research, 13 user services were selected by the city of Mashhad and then sorted and classified using the GIS and spreadsheet software (EXCEL); the indicators were studied using The "Shannon Entropy" method is weighted and is ranked using multi-criteria decision-making models (WASPAS, WSA, SAW); then, to integrate the techniques from a consolidated model KANDREST. According to the output of the models and techniques of the regions are in different ranks. Finally, according to the Canadian integration technique, it was found that the seven regions with the score of 12, not with the score of 10 and the ten with the score of 8 in the most stable conditions, and the regions 13, 11, 2 in the moderate situation, and the areas of 8, 6, 4, 5, 1, 2, 3 have been placed in the most unstable conditions in terms of urban service indicators. It is noteworthy that in all models 7th region in the best and highest and in the region 5 are in the worst and lowest rank.
