Although the lungs and mediastinal lymph nodes are almost affected in sarcoidosis, involvements of the pleurae remain uncommon. Herein, we report a case of sarcoidosis with both pleural effusions and pleural nodules as confirmed by thoracoscopic pleural biopsy. |
