Description
Summary:Multiple mini interviews (MMIs) have become the mainstay of medical school admission interviews in the United Kingdom. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Government imposed restrictions on the meeting of people indoors precipitated a move towards conducting interviews online. This method of delivery produced comparable candidate scores compared with pre-pandemic in-person interviews and maintained reliability.
