| Summary: | This study aims to present a future study proposal in order to establish the relationship between the firm resources and its strategic behavior. In order to accomplish this study the resource-based view (RBV) was used so that the firm strategic resources could be defined mainly its dynamic capabilities based on Barney (1991) and Teece, Pisano and Shuen (1997). The strategic behavior was defined using the Miles and Snow (1978) typology, classified as defenders, prospectors, analyzers and reactors. As the results found in other works were conflicting this study formulated five hypotheses to be researched in order to relate the resources and capabilities to the strategic behavior. This kind of research the relationship of the results of Brazil´s and other international studies could be seen whether the study were accomplished. |
