description An expression and the analysis of the external quantum efficiency (EQE) for for inverted flat heterojunction based on copper phthalocyanine and fullerene. The analysis of the external quantum efficiency of photovoltaic cells has shown that the averaging EQE over the spectrum of solar radiation for the inverted cell interference redistribution has little effect on the EQE and optimization of cells to the thickness of its layers does not lead to a significant increase in quantum efficiency.
