However, in Priority Action Plan consistent with the Implementation Action Plan 2007 Republic of Moldova - European Union in order of strengthening national institute combating crimes, were to be implemented Council of Europe recommendations on the delineation powers of the Office of the Prosecutor General, Centre for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption, Customs Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
