Summary:Subject to investigate a work is the analysis of franchising as a specific form of international trade that follows a growing trend. This stems from the very essence of franchising, which provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs with insufficient experience to start their own entrepreneurial venture, and over time gain satisfactory market position. New entrepreneurs conduct their business with the help of the franchisor, with the right to use their elaborate business system, which is characterized by a small business venture risks. This especially applies to franchise agreements with companies positioned in the international market . The aim of this research is to show that the franchise business monitors reduced market and financial risk , because you already earned a reputation company franchisor, behind them, with developed marketing system, facilitates their penetration into the market with very little of their own investment and therefore risk. The basic hypothesis is that the profit in franchising in Serbia tends to increase as a franchise business.
