The purpose of analyzing an organization is the investigation of factors that have serious influence on the operational and financial results. The technique for evaluating the current state of an organization provides the set of tools for analysis different aspects such as operational and financial outcomes, working capital management, fixed assets management, planning and budgeting, internal control and audit, legal compliance, innovation management, marketing, customer relationship management and investment management. The technique allows having a wide look on the management and control system employed within an organization. Also it makes possible to see the factors that create current operational and financial results. Finally, it leads to recognizing the critical problems that hamper the strategic success. |
