| description | Plea to venue jurisdiction is defensive means determined for the defendant and for who that has the same status (legal position)، or for that who is being stipulated by law in order for having the right to use this procedural means . <br /> Procedural plea is considered one of the most important issues circulating at the judicial field that must be appropriately understood by litigants and by all the parties of judicial procedure . <br /> The study also has dealt with the provisions of relative procedural plea and arrived at one of its forms، namely plea to venue jurisdiction through which the study has illustrated the jurisprudent and judicial inconsistencies in the plea to venue jurisdiction in the objective action. <br /> Furthermore, the study has highlightened the provisions of absolute plea habitual action and the study also to inconsistencies in the plea to venue jurisdiction in the objective action. <br /> This humble work has also included two chapter the firsty of one is dealt with quiddity of procedural plea include in two section , the first section has corfined to defining plea to venue jurisdiction , the second section the rules of venue jurisdiction. <br />The second chapte: when the court has not depleted its jurisdiction through sentencing the procedural plea this chapte include in two sections, first section dealt with the provisions of plea to venue jurisdiction habitual action two secion dealt with the provisions to venue jurisdiction plea of recusal. <br /> |
