Description
Summary:In order to discuss the difference of porous asphalt mixture (PAC) under different modification processes, the high viscosity HVA modified SBS modified asphalt, dry and wet process to mix PAC mixture, and test the technical indexes and performance of Marshall stability, flow value, high temperature stability, low temperature performance and wear resistance. The test results indicate that:Except that the stability of the dry porous asphalt mixture is basically the same as that of the wet modification, the other properties are worse than that of the wet porous asphalt mixture. The dosage of the dry porous asphalt mixture should be increased by about 2% to reach the level of wet modification. For the dry modification process, increasing the mixing time can reduce the gap between it and the wet process performance. It is recommended to increase the stirring time and add 1% of the original HVA dosage to achieve the performance level using wet modification.
