Summary:HIV incidence is growing and becoming a threat to national security. The age structure is dominated by a person younger than 30 years (70.8%). There is an increase rate of HIV infection detection among pregnant women and an increasing number of children born by HIV-infected mothers. If the issues of specific prevention (preventive vaccinations), do not create any problems, the remaining questions of medical prevention are still unsolved to this day.
