| description | <div class="column"><p><span>In the present article is presented a portrait of the situation of the environmental health in the administration of Andalusian Goverment; are analyzed implanted management formulations and we believe a reflection space on the professional exercise and the course begun with the organizational process in the Andalusian public health. </span></p> <p><span>The public health system has not undergone reconstruction from the process of transferences from the State towards the autonomous Communities. We identified the extrapolation of the model clinical-assistance management to the public health structures without delving what is sufficient in their organization and objectives. </span></p> <p><span>Setting of business process management (BMP) has got worse the administrative bureaucracy and the teamwork has not been preceded of alliances and agreements that generate feeling of ownership the same organization to avoid professional conflicts. </span></p> <p><span>We bet on strengthening the paper of the environmental health technicians as referring in the identification of this performances within public health system. For this propose we need the implication of all the professionals in the reform of the organization and management of the health public, to evolve in the professional exercise creating a regulated academic specialty and to define the competences maps in their different capabilites areas.</span></p></div><br><div class="column"><p><span>En el presente artículo se muestra un retrato de la situación de la sanidad ambiental en la Administración de la Junta de Andalucía; se analizan las fórmulas de gestión implantadas y creamos un espacio de reflexión sobre el ejercicio profesional y el rumbo iniciado con el proceso organizativo en la salud pública andaluza.</span></p> <p><span>La Salud Pública no ha sufrido reestructuración desde el proceso de transferencias desde el Estado hacia las comunidades autónomas. Identificamos la extrapolación del modelo de gestión clínico-asistencial a las estructuras de salud pública sin ahondar lo suficiente en su organización y objetivos. </span></p> <p><span>La puesta en práctica de la gestión por procesos ha agudizado la burocracia administrativa y el trabajo en equipo no ha estado precedido de alianzas y pactos que generen un sentimiento de pertenencia a la misma organización evitando conflictos profesionales. </span></p> <p><span>Apostamos por fortalecer el papel de los técnicos de sanidad ambiental como referentes en la identificación de las prestaciones de salud ambiental dentro del sistema sanitario público. Para ello proponemos la implicación de todos los profesionales en la reforma de la organización y gestión de la salud pública, evolucionar en el ejercicio profesional creando una especialidad reglada y definir los mapas de competencias en sus diferentes áreas de capacitación.</span></p></div> |
