Description
Summary:The imposition of a Nation on individual actors is not mechanically granted due to the fact that they do not relate to it separately, but through configurations which generate a process of interchanging, by which the Nation is eventually built with uncertain results. That is what shows the configuration of the service of potable water in Puebla, and the changes it suffers when actors make use of it at different scales. The strength of a local configuration of actors can even catch the national system, as happened with a group at avilacamachista in Puebla, which, by doing this, determined the path that would build the nation from at that particular local level.
