Description
Summary:This article studies the trajectory of prof. Olábarri within the history of labor relations as a dissenting voice in a framework dominated by Marxist historiography. This text highlights the Anglo-Saxon tradition and the Christian humanism as the foundation of his historical thought, which insists on the interrelationships between the various components of the workplace. This perspective eventually displaced more purely Marxist visions in Spanish historiography claiming the study of the world of work with the methodology of the history of industrial relations.
