Summary:We report device closure of Aortopulmonary window (APW) with Amplatzer duct occluder II (ADO II) in a four month old child weighing 3.8 kg. ADO II has a limited experience as of now in APW and only 3 previous cases of device closure by ADO II in APW have been described in literature. ADO II may offer an alternative with additional advantages in the low weight children due to its low profile needing smaller sized delivery system.
