DNA甲基化与2型糖尿病的相关性研究进展 Progress of the Relationship between DNA Methylation and Type 2 Diabetes
2型糖尿病是缺血性卒中最常见的危险因素之一,其发生、发展的机制尚未阐明。近年来多项研究发现,表观遗传学可以解释部分2型糖尿病相关风险。表观遗传学包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑、非编码RNA等,其中DNA甲基化是表观遗传学的重要组成部分,也是研究最早最广泛的机制。本文介绍了DNA甲基化在2型糖尿病相关的病理生理机制、环境因素、危险因素及并发症等方面的研究进展,探讨了DNA甲基化用于2型糖尿病预测及诊疗的临床前景,提出了通过研究DNA甲基化促进缺血性卒中一级及二级预防的可能。 Abstract: Type 2 diabetes is one of the most common...
