The flexibility in the use of third places and coworking places make them places where everyone comes with his logic; the sum of which does not necessarily result in a collective. Far from being a space for collaboration and sharing, the coworking place downtown is not only a place that allows to reduce commuting time to offices or to get involved in relationships. Nowadays it is also a tool nearly essential in urban manufacturing to propose answers to users and managers of places who are looking for economic and /(or) social maximization of the time of co-presence. |
