description In this study, a Profibus network based industrial automation system has been designed and it has been controlled on the spinal network of three phase induction machine. Delay occurred on the network has been examined during the speed control via the network. It has been determined that the network delay that occurred changes depending on data traffic on the network. Delay that occurred has been regarded as it is in the acceptable limits of maximum network-induced delay in motion systems.
